What is your moving estimation process like?

Suddath has a moving quote process set up to make it as simple as possible for you to get an estimate to build your budget off of. We are able to provide you with a quick quote based on a few key pieces of information such as where you’re moving to and from, how many rooms are in your home, how many dining chairs, etc.

From there, our professional movers will reach out for a final walkthrough to guide you through the process to ensure your final quote is completely accurate. We want our customers to feel confident in the price they’re getting and completely understand every charge. There is no fine print or last-minute fees to worry about.

We know that price is one of the biggest stressors when moving. That’s why we make it as easy and transparent as possible, so you know what you’ll be paying for, when you’ll be paying for it, and why.

I have to move on a specific day – can you accommodate that?

Almost certainly! Our movers are extremely flexible for our customers. We will do everything we can to ensure we meet your desired moving date. We’re just a chat or call away to help with the process as well.

However, especially during peak season (May through September), there may be busier dates that we aren’t able to accommodate. That is why we advise you to reach out as early as possible, potentially six weeks in advance if you’re able. The earlier you book your move, the more likely you are to get your date, and Suddath provides you the flexibility to make as many changes as you need – if you need to scale services up or down depending on your needs, we can easily accommodate that through that process.
